Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all EidosStack products and services, including but not limited to: • EidosCLIP: Video clip generation software • EidosLumina: Creative AI workflow tool • EidosNotive: Meeting intelligence software • Other current and future EidosStack products Products may integrate with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) through OAuth authentication where applicable.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted on a one-time payment basis for each EidosStack product you purchase.

License activation may involve hardware identifiers and limited telemetry to enforce license integrity across all EidosStack products.

• No redistribution without authorization • No license circumvention • No unlawful usage • No use of EidosStack products to violate third-party platform terms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

When using EidosStack products (EidosCLIP, EidosLumina, EidosNotive, etc.) to connect with third-party platforms: • You must comply with the terms of service of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) • You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization and credentials • EidosStack is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies • You grant EidosStack permission to access your accounts only for the functionality you explicitly authorize

The software may communicate periodically to validate licenses and report limited telemetry. Software-product telemetry does not include your media or project content. AI Gateway request handling is described in the AI Gateway section below.

The AI Gateway is a prepaid, token-metered API service, not a consumer AI subscription. Live catalog prices and model availability can change before a new request. For a paid model with an active package, the package quota is used first. If no active package applies to that model, the request uses the PAYG wallet. An exhausted active package is not silently charged to PAYG. You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for requests made with them. Model names identify an available selection and do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the respective model provider.

Some features rely on third-party services. EidosStack is not responsible for them.

Updates may be provided for stability or compatibility. They are not mandatory unless required for security or license validation.

Licenses may be revoked in case of violations or abuse.

The software is provided “as is”.

EidosStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
