A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted on a one-time payment basis.

License activation may involve hardware identifiers and limited telemetry to enforce license integrity.

The software may communicate periodically to validate licenses and report limited telemetry. No user-generated content is collected.

Some features rely on third-party services. EidosStack is not responsible for them.

Updates may be provided for stability or compatibility. They are not mandatory unless required for security or license validation.

Licenses may be revoked in case of violations or abuse.

The software is provided “as is”.

EidosStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable law.
