Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all EidosStack products and services, including but not limited to: • EidosClip: Professional video editing software • EidosONE: Content management and distribution platform • EidosLumina: AI-powered video generation tool • Other current and future products in the EidosStack ecosystem All products share the same licensing system and may integrate with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) through OAuth authentication.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted on a one-time payment basis for each EidosStack product you purchase.

License activation may involve hardware identifiers and limited telemetry to enforce license integrity across all EidosStack products.

• No redistribution without authorization • No license circumvention • No unlawful usage • No use of EidosStack products to violate third-party platform terms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

When using EidosStack products (EidosClip, EidosONE, EidosLumina, etc.) to connect with third-party platforms: • You must comply with the terms of service of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) • You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization and credentials • EidosStack is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies • You grant EidosStack permission to access your accounts only for the functionality you explicitly authorize

The software may communicate periodically to validate licenses and report limited telemetry. No user-generated content is collected.

Some features rely on third-party services. EidosStack is not responsible for them.

Updates may be provided for stability or compatibility. They are not mandatory unless required for security or license validation.

Licenses may be revoked in case of violations or abuse.

The software is provided “as is”.

EidosStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable law.
