TERMS OF SERVICE - EIDOSSTACK

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any EidosStack products (including but not limited to EidosOne, EidosClip, and any future video processing or repurposing tools), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, install, or use our products.

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Products" refers to all software, applications, tools, and services provided by EidosStack, including EidosOne, EidosClip, video repurposing tools, and any future products.
• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to EidosStack and its operators.
• "Content" refers to any video, audio, image, text, or other media files processed through our Products.
• "Third-Party Services" refers to any external APIs, services, or platforms integrated with our Products.

3. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Products
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Products to create competing software or services
• Share your license key or account credentials with others
• Use the Products for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Circumvent any technical limitations, security measures, or access controls
• Use automated means to access the Products beyond intended functionality

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTENT

4.1 Content Ownership and Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any Content you process through our Products
• Your use of the Products and Content does not violate any third-party rights
• You have obtained all necessary consents, releases, and permissions from individuals appearing in your Content
• Your Content does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material

5. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any source material, obtaining proper licenses for copyrighted content, and complying with platform-specific content policies. We are NOT liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of our Products.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

6.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and/or IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) as applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. All sales are final upon delivery of license key or download access.

6.2 Refund Policy

ONE-TIME PURCHASE PRODUCTS:

• 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
• Refunds are available if the Product has a critical technical issue that cannot be resolved
• Refunds are NOT available for change of mind, lack of use, or user error

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Products may utilize third-party services including AI processing providers, cloud processing, and API services. Your use of third-party services through our Products is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are NOT responsible for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

We do NOT store or have access to the actual Content you process through desktop applications. Processing may occur locally on your device or through third-party cloud services. You are responsible for securing your own Content and backups.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do NOT guarantee specific results, output quality, or performance metrics. AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results - you must review and verify all AI-generated content before publication.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to Products immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.
