EidosStack Managed Services are provided as optional assistance to help customers deploy and operate EidosStack on infrastructure owned or controlled by the customer. EidosStack does not provide hosting services.

Scope of Responsibility

When using Managed Services, you acknowledge that: • The server, cloud account, or hardware is owned or controlled by you. • You retain full administrative ownership of the infrastructure. • EidosStack does not assume responsibility for server uptime, availability, or performance. • EidosStack does not control or access your data beyond what is required to perform the requested service.

Data & Content Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for: • all data stored on your infrastructure • all content generated or processed • compliance with applicable laws and regulations EidosStack does not review, moderate, or monitor user content.

Access & Credentials

If access credentials are provided for setup or maintenance: • access is limited in scope and duration • credentials are used only to perform the requested service • credentials should be rotated after service completion

No Ongoing Obligation

Unless explicitly agreed in writing: • Managed Services are not continuous • no service-level agreement (SLA) is provided • no uptime or performance guarantees are made

Liability Limitation

EidosStack is not liable for: • data loss • service interruptions • security incidents on customer infrastructure • third-party provider failures
